CHANGING PALETTE

A group of Snow Hill citizens banded together to get more food service into downtown…. and they’ve come up with a unique way to do it. They reopen the old Palette Bistro and Bar space located at 104 W. Green Street and turn it into a pop-up restaurant location. A pop-up restaurant is a restaurant that only exists for a short time and then it’s gone.
In a nod to the old restaurant and the stained glass painter’s palette above the door, the space is called the “Changing Palette”. This space provides a place for new restaurateurs to launch their business idea without a long term commitment.
The pop-up restaurant provides varied food options to diners of the Snow Hill area. Customers might see Chinese food one week and Tapas the next.
